How We Got Started
Look, I'll be straight with you - this whole thing started in my parents' garage back in 2011. I was maybe 23, fresh outta trade school, and pretty much obsessed with BMWs and Audis. Spent most weekends helping buddies fix their rides for beer money and pizza.
The dealerships around Vancouver were charging insane rates for basic work, and honestly? Half the indie shops didn't have the right tools or training for European vehicles. There was this gap, y'know? People needed someone who actually understood these cars but wouldn't charge 'em an arm and a leg.
Fast forward to 2014, and I'd saved enough to lease a small bay on Wardspire Avenue. Just me, a lift, and a diagnostic scanner I probably couldn't afford. Word spread pretty quick though - turns out folks really appreciate when you explain what's actually wrong instead of just throwing parts at problems.
Now we've got a proper facility, a team of five technicians who know their stuff, and equipment that'd make some dealerships jealous. We're still the same guys though - just with better coffee and a nicer waiting area.

Our Journey So Far
2011 - The Garage Days
Started with nothing but passion and a toolbox
Marcus began working on European vehicles out of his parents' garage. Mostly side jobs for friends and family, but word started spreading about quality work at fair prices.
2014 - Official Opening
Opened our first proper bay on Wardspire Avenue
Single lift, basic setup, but we had professional diagnostic equipment and the skills to use it properly. Took on our first employee - David Chen joined the team.
2016 - Expansion Time
Moved to our current 5-bay facility
Business was growing faster than we expected. Invested in a full Bosch diagnostic suite and alignment rack. Sarah joined us bringing performance tuning expertise.
2018 - Full Service Capability
Added transmission and advanced electrical services
Brought in specialized transmission equipment and got factory training for multiple European brands. James came aboard to handle our growing suspension work.
2020 - Pandemic Pivot
Adapted operations & invested in contactless services
Tough year for everyone, but we implemented remote diagnostics, digital inspections with photos, and contactless drop-off/pickup. Actually made us more efficient.
2022 - Performance Tuning Lab
Built dedicated dyno room & tuning facility
Invested in a Dynojet chassis dyno and proper tuning equipment. Now we can safely optimize performance and actually verify the results with real data.
2025 - Where We Are Now
Over 2,000 vehicles serviced annually
Five experienced techs, state-of-the-art equipment, and a reputation we're proud of. Still the same guys who care about getting it right the first time.
