When you bring your European ride into our shop or reach out to us, we're gonna need some basic info to do our job properly:

  • Vehicle information - make, model, year, VIN number, mileage. We need this to pull up the right specs and service history for your specific car.
  • Service records - what work we've done, parts we've installed, diagnostic codes we've pulled. This helps us track your vehicle's history and catch potential issues down the road.
  • Payment info - credit card details, billing address. We don't store full card numbers on our systems though - that goes through our secure payment processor.
  • Website usage data - if you're browsing our site, we collect basic stuff like IP address, browser type, pages visited. Nothing creepy, just standard analytics to see what's working and what isn't.
Here's what we DON'T do: We don't sell your info to third parties. Period. We're not in that business.

  • Access your info - wanna see what we've got on file? Just ask. We'll show you your service records and contact information.

  • Request deletion - if you're not coming back and want us to delete your info, we can do that. We might need to keep some records for legal or warranty purposes, but we'll delete what we can.
